【Abstract】 Tiansheng city is an important scenic spot expecting to be exploited in the Three Gorges area. The detailed survey of tourism resources in the city shows that its resources are of high historical, aesthetic and other values. The city has an outstanding geographic background and a huge potential market, but its investment channel must be expanded.
