【摘要】 中国城市社区规划建设的现状与欧美发达国家城市规划理论和实践的经验教训告诉我们 ,重视社会可持续发展是中国城市社区规划建设的发展方向。本文从城市中的社区规划 ,社区中的住宅设计 ,社区文化建设和公众参与这四个方面探讨当代中国城市社区规划建设的社会可持续发展

【Abstract】 The paper explores the social sustainability in Chinese urban community development from the four aspects, namely, urban community planning, community housing design, community culture construction and public participation.
