【摘要】 本文通过对测绘人才资源现状的分析 ,从影响测绘生产单位人才资源开发与管理的发展策略的因素出发 ,研究探讨如何选择测绘人才资源开发与管理的发展策略。

【Abstract】 Through analysing the current situation of the talent resources in S/M units, and starting from researches on the functions which restrict the strategy for talent resources development and management, the paper studies how to choose the strategy for the talent resources development and management in S/M units.
