【摘要】 研究了新型助剂结晶性层状硅酸钠的离子交换、吸附、抗酸及溶解等性能。参照QB 1 76 8- 93方法 ,测定结晶性层状硅酸钠在不同条件下的钙离子交换能力 ,其中 ,在 35℃、 2 0min交换条件下 ,钙交换量 (以CaCO3 计 )为330mg/g～ 36 0mg/g ,常温下在空气中吸水量达 30 %。综合比较 ,其助洗能力优于 4A沸石 ,略差于三聚磷酸钠。更多还原

【Abstract】 The ionic ezchange and adsorption and antiacid and dissolvability of Crystal Layered Sodium Silicate as a new builder were studied.The Ca 2+ exchange ability were tested in different condition by reference QB 1768-93 standare,for example its Ca 2+ exchange(CaCO 3)are 330 mg/g～360 mg/g in 35 ℃ and 20 min.Its adsorbed water can reach 30 %.Crystal Layered Sidium Silicate has better builder properties than 4 A zeolite but worse than STPP.更多还原
