【摘要】 阐述了DNA芯片的制作原理、杂交信号的检测方法及其在生物医学中的应用。DNA芯片的制造工艺主要分为两大类。DNA芯片主要通过杂交信号进行检测。DAN芯片在生物医学领域已经取得了一定成功并显示出巨大的应用前景

【Abstract】 The preparation of DNA chip, detection methods of the hybridization signal and its applications for bio medicine are presented.There are two kinds of preparation methods. The character of DNA chip is deter mined by detection of hybridization signal. DNA chip has gained some successes and has great foreground in biomedical application.
