双路参比紫外光测量SO2体积分数的系统设计
System design of SO2 measured by ultra violet adsorption with the double optical path
【摘要】 与单路测量系统相比 ,双路参比紫外光吸收测量法具有测量准确度高和系统稳定等优点。较详细地讨论了双路系统的设计、关键参数的选择和双光路测量SO2 体积分数的数学模型
【Abstract】 The reference measurement of The double optical path has a high precision and a steady function by comparing with the single optical path design then the selection of the key parameters and a math model about SO 2 volume fraction measured by double optical path is obtained.
