【摘要】 为探讨四君子汤对机体免疫功能的影响 ,采用利血平注射法复制脾虚证模型 ,以分别代表细胞与体液免疫功能的T、B淋巴细胞活性及血清IgG、IgM的水平为指针 ,观察了益气健脾基本方剂四君子汤对它们的影响。结果发现脾虚证模型大鼠较正常大鼠T淋巴细胞转化率及血清IgM水平显著降低 ,四君子汤防治组与正常大鼠无显著差异。提示四君子汤对脾虚证的防治作用表现为增强T淋巴细胞活性及升高IgM水平的作用两个方面更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To illustrate the effect of Si jun zi decoction to immunological function. Methods:The hypofunction of the spleen models were made by injecting serpate and observed the influence of basic recipe of strengthen Qi and enliven the spleen, Si jun zi decoction, to humoral and celluar immunological function. Results: Compared with that of normal rats, T lymphocyte transformation efficiency and levels of serum IgG and IgM of the hypofunction of the spleen models were extremely low and Si jun zi decoction could recover the T transformation efficiency and levels of serum IgG and IgM of the hypofunction of the spleen models. Conclusion: The mechanism of treating hypofunction of the spleen may concerned with strengthening T lymphocyte function and raising levels of serum IgG and IgM.更多还原
