三叶木通理化诱变技术及其成熟期变异研究
STUDIES ON MATURE PERIOD MUTATION AND MUTAGENIC TECHNOLOGY AKEBIA TRIFOLIATA BY PHYSICS AND CHEMISTRY
【摘要】 用γ射线及甲基磺酸乙酯(EMS)诱变三叶木通种芽,探讨其诱变技术及变异规律。结果表明:γ射线与EMS综合处理三叶木通种芽,能产生早实变异,童期13个月,比对照缩短12个月以上;也能产生早熟变异,果实生长期3.5个月, 比对照缩短2个月以上 ; 熟期变异出现频率平均为 0.13%,变幅0~0.248%;γ射线诱变剂量既是诱变苗成活率极显著的影响因素,又是成熟期变异率显著的影响因素;3 000伦琴剂量的A2,变异频率显著地高于5 100伦琴的A3及900伦琴的A1,诱变成活率极显著地高于A3,低于A1。早实变异株雄性败育,叶片生长速度减慢。
【Abstract】 A mutagenic technology of akebia trifolat a was studied.The results indicated that it can produce mutant of the mature p eriod and its frequency reached 0.13% mutation after the seed bud of akebia t rifoliata was induced by γ ray and ethyl methane sulphonate.The growth stage before flower was thirteen month of the early-fruit mutation and its first frui t stage was one year earlier than same seeding.The fruit growth stage of the ear ly-maturing mutation was 3.5 month and reductiver 2 month than same seeding The leaf growth speed was alow and its male flower was sterility of the mutant.The m utagenic dose of gamma ray was great affecting factor on both the mutation freq uency and the survival rate of the mutagenic seeding.The 3 000 roentgen dose was suitable and its mutagenic efficiency was better.
