【摘要】 MPA是我国新设置的培养高层次应用型人才的专业学位 ,本文概述了刚刚启动的中国MPA教育项目 ,并论证了创办具有中国特色的MPA教育对中国公共管理科学化、现代化的意义及其发展前景。

【Abstract】 MPA is the new speciality academic degree which is in order to educate the high level applied athletic talents. This paper introduces Chinese MPA education and proves the scientific and morden meaning and its prospect of development for Chinese public administration.
