【Abstract】 Quality education is the central project of the current reform and practice on education. As the both centers of education and scientific research in university, the library plays the extremely important roles of the quality education. This paper expounds the meaning, speciality and essentiality of the quality education, and analyzes the roles which the university plays of the quality education.
