【摘要】 介绍重庆人力资源开发面临的机遇与挑战 ,重点分析重庆“产品型”和“在产品型”人力资源开发现状 ,提出重庆人力资源开发的对策建议。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the challenge and the chance of Chongqings human resources exploitation, analyzes the actuality of “production” and “half production” human resources and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
