中国零售业态的发展特点及成因分析

【摘要】 改革开放后，我国的零售业发展迅速，其中最令人瞩目的现象是20世纪90年代以来，新的零售业态如雨后春笋般涌现。零售业态的产生和发展有其一般规律，而我国零售业态的发展却没有遵循这样的规律，呈现出极强的中国特色。

【Abstract】 After the reform retail business in our country develops very fast especially in 1990s． The emergence and development of types of retail business have general rules but the development of our retail business does not follow the rules which shows strong Chinese features．
