【Abstract】 In this paper, the writer divides the work of the student ideological education in 3-year higher colleges for professional training into four phases—adaption, stability, enhancement, and preparation for employment. The writer sums up the features of each phase, summarizes the ways, methods, and measures, which should be taken in the work ,and the writer also points out the expected purpose of the work.
