【Abstract】 In this paper the function requirement and analysis method of scientific talents management DSS is disuned.Based on the theory of talent resource management and combined with the practice of packing industry,general design idea and implementation of the knowledge based scientific talents management DSS in packing industry have been set up.The system can be used to analysis talents structure and make decisions for various management decision departments of packing industry.更多还原
