【Abstract】 The routine, type and special tests for power transformer are the key factor of its quality and characteristics. For a long period, the devices for transformer measurement are discrete customized instruments and always manipulated and recorded manually. According to the Virtual Instrumentation solution, a novel type of measuring instument—the integrated measurement platform for power transformer based on the ComponentWorks TM software, Visual Basic and some hardware module is developed.
