【摘要】 目的:了解骨质疏松症的病理变化过程,检测去势雌鼠血清内细胞因子含量,并观察“补肾”食疗和耳针对其抑制作用。方法:通过切除6月龄雌鼠双侧卵巢建立骨质疏松症的动物模型。以假手术组和雌二醇组作为对照组。耳针组、“补肾”食疗组、耳针加“补肾”食疗组、雌二醇组分别经耳针、补肾食疗和雌二醇的三个月治疗,然后处死大鼠,取血用放免法测定血清E₂、IL-1β、IL-6和骨的BMD、BMC。结果:造模组和假手术组比较,血清E₂、BMD、BMC明显下降,IL-1、IL-6含量明显升高,有统计学差异。而补肾食疗和耳针对其含量有降低作用（p<0.01）。结论:实验性骨质疏松症中血清细胞因子受E₂调控,并能抑制骨形成,加速骨吸收和炎症介质的释放,补肾药和耳针对其含量有明显的抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the mechanism of pathological change of osteoporosis and effect "Nourishing Kidney" diet and Ear- Acupuncture on contents of IL- 1β、 IL- 6 degenerated in serum in Ovariectomized female rats. Osteo-porotic model was established by exsecting both sides of ovavia in 6 - month - old female rats and then the animals were divided into estraditol group (EG), Ear- acupuncture group (EAG), "Nourishing Kidney" diet group (NDG), Ear- acupuncture plus "Nourishing Kidney" diet group (ENDG) and untreated group (UG) at libertum. Sham- operated group (SOG) was also made, EAG, EDG, ENDG and EG were treated respectively with ear - acupuncture (EA), herb - diet ( HD), ear - acupuncture with herb diet ( EAHD) and estradiol benzoate (EB) for three monthes. By then, the rats were sacrificed, the blood was collected, and E2 、IL-1β、IL-6 of serum were determined by RIA and BMD 、 BMC of bone were determined by DEXA. The contents of E2、 BMD、 BMC were declined and IL - 1β、 IL - 6 were increased significantly comparing with Model group and untreated group, the contents of IL - 1β、 IL - 6 in serum EA HD and EAHD declined. Degeneration of experimental osteoporosis were controlled E2 and enhance bone formation and absorption, EA and HD could decrease the content or IL - 1β、 IL - 6 in serum, and it might in restraining the formation of inflammatory effect.更多还原
