包核型钒酸铋颜料的合成与性能研究
THE SYNTHESIS AND PROPERTY STUDY OF THE COATED BISMUTH VANADATE PIGMENT
【摘要】 合成了以二氧化硅为内核的包核型钒酸铋颜料 ,比较了不同粒径的内核对颜料性能的影响 .当反应液中核的数量达到 5× 10 - 3 mol·L- 1(SiO2 Ⅰ )和 2× 10 - 3 mol·L- 1(SiO2 Ⅱ )时 ,所得到的产物的光学性能高于非包核型产物的 ;对于不同粒径的核 ,随着核浓度的变化 ,包核型颜料都出现了一个性能最佳点 .
【Abstract】 Coated bismuth vanadate pigment, of which the cores are ultrafine silica particles, is synthesized. The infulences of the cores on the properties of pigment are investigated. The result shows that the coloristic properties of coated pigment are high compared with those of normal pigment when the number of the cores in the solutions reaches a certain value. Under a given concentration of cores, the best performances can be achieved regardless of the size of the cores.
