新肾显像剂99mTc-TTHA的制备和生物分布

【摘要】 对三乙四胺六醋酸 (TTHA)的99mTc标记条件以及冻干药盒的制备进行了初步研究 ,并将TTHA药盒与DTPA药盒 (二乙三胺五醋酸 )的小鼠生物分布结果进行了比较 .找到了在近中性条件下 (pH =6~ 7)的最佳标记条件 ,并获得较高的标记率 (98%~ 99% ) .TTHA药盒与DTPA药盒的小鼠生物分布研究表明 ,2种药盒的生物分布和动力学性质是相似的 ,但从相同时相的肾摄取和清除数据看99mTc TTHA在 1min的肾摄取率为 2 9.6 0 %·g- 1,半减期 2 .8min ,而99mTc DTPA在 1min的肾摄取率为 2 8.88%·g- 1,半减期 4 .5min .因此 ,99mTc TTHA略优于99mTc DTPA ,值得进一步研究

【Abstract】 Labelling condition with 99m Tc and kit preparation of triethylene tetraminehexaacetic acid (TTHA) are preliminarily studied. The bio distribution of TTHA kit is compared with that of DTPA kit. The best condition of TTHA labeling in neutral solution (pH=6~7) is found, and the labeling yield is above 98%. Bio distribution studies in mice show that the behavior of TTHA kit and DTPA kit is very similar. But compared the data carefully, 99m Tc TTHA is a littler better than 99m Tc DTPA. Further study is needed.
