【Abstract】 It is still debated how T cell memory is maintained. Based on the converse linear differentiation hypothesis of memory T cells, a nonlinear theoretical model is established. This model demonstrated that there exists memory mechanism on the basis of converse linear differentiation hypothesis. In the present paper, “memory strength” is introduced and the relationship between memory strength and residual antigenic doses has been studied.更多还原
