利用花药培养选育抗病小麦

【摘要】 选用具有多种抗病基因的小麦复合杂交后代进行培养,获得了 4株花粉再生植株,从中选育出兼抗多种病害的普通小麦新品系 99G4 4和 99G4 5。

【Abstract】 The progenies of composite crosses of wheat,which have genes of the diseases resistance,were developde by anther culture and 4 pollen plants were abstained.Two wheat lines 99G44 and 99G45 with diseaese resistance were selected from there progenies of pollen plants.
