新型摩擦材料的研究
STUDY OF NEW FRICTION RESISTANT COMPOSITE
【摘要】 本文研究了以BMI树脂、腰果壳油改性酚醛树脂为基体 ,石棉、金属丝及无机填料为增强材料、经模压成型的复合材料生产工艺及性能 ,获得了一种摩擦系数在 0 .4~ 0 .6的新型摩擦材料
【Abstract】 This article describes the manufacturing process and the properties of phenolic resin composite,reinforced by asbestos,metal wire and inorganic filler through moulding process.The matrix of phenolic resin is modified by BMI and cashew shell oil.Thus,a new frictional resistant composite with the friction factor of 0.4~0.6 is abtained.
