编辑审稿工作中存在的主要问题及其对策
Problems and countermeasures of reviewing manuscripts
【摘要】 指出了科技期刊审稿工作中存在的问题，分析了问题产生的主要原因，提出了提高审稿质量的建议和措施。
【Abstract】 Points out the problems of reviewing manuscripts in the publishing wok of sci--tech periodicals, and analyzes the main reasons and suggests some measures to improve the reviewing.
