【摘要】 利用ASP技术为《工业工程》杂志开发了一种网上电子投稿系统 ,作者能够通过Internet上的Web网页和E mail投稿 ,缩短了稿件投寄周期 ,节省了时间和费用。简要介绍动态网页开发技术ASP ,并详细阐述网上电子投稿系统的设计和实现过程

【Abstract】 The author develops a network based paper delivering system which adopts ASP technique. By this system, the users can deliver their papers by Web page and e mail on Internet and save the time and cost. This paper introduces the ASP technique and discusses the basic method of the design and implementation of the network based paper delivering system.
