【摘要】 为了充分调动体育院校广大教职工的科研积极性 ,提高体育院校的科研水平和科研管理科学化水平 ,采用文献资料研究、调查、分析与综合等方法进行研究。结果表明 :当前体育院校的科研管理存在着 3大弊端。其他高等院校的许多科研管理经验值得体育院校学习和借鉴。制定体育院校科研定量化考核评分标准依据科学性、可比性、可操作性、引导性、兼顾性五条原则。科研定量化考核评分内容包括 8大项 32小项。科研工作量计算内容包括 4大项 2 4小项更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of this study is to fully mobilize the scientific research enthusiasm of the faculty and to improve the scientific research level and its administration in colleges and universities of physical education. It was indicated that there exist three sorts of abuse in the administration of scientific research in colleges and universities of physical education. The experiences of scientific research administration in other colleges and universities are worth to learn and use for reference. According to the five principles, such as the science nature, comparability, operability, guidance and multi-considerations, the standards of grading for the scientific research quantification assessment in PE colleges and universities were established. There are 9 parts including 34 items in the contents of the scientific research quantification assessment grading and 5 parts including 26 items in the contents of the scientific research workload calculation.更多还原
