【摘要】 通过对河南省高校体育师资队伍现状的调查分析 ,表明河南省高校体育师资队伍呈年轻化的趋势 ,但是存在的问题也比较大 ,如学历不高 ,科研能力不强 ,英语和计算机水平不高等。在调查分析的基础上 ,提出了一些改变河南省高校体育教师现状的发展对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The current situation of the physical education teachers in institutions of higher learning in Henen province of China was analyzed. It was shown that the PE teachers in colleges and universities of Henan province trend to be young, but there exist a lot of problems. They are of low records of formal schooling, their ability of scientific study is inferior and they are not at a high English and computer level etc. On the basis of the investigation and analysis certain measures were put forward for improving the current situation of PE teachers in institutions of higher learning in Henen province of China.更多还原
