【摘要】 应用放射免疫分析法检测 2 12例各类肝病患者和 88名正常人血清转化生长因子 -α(TGF -α)的含量。结果显示 ,原发性肝癌组、肝炎肝硬化组、急性肝炎组血清TGF -α含量显著高于正常人组 (P <0 .0 0 1- 0 .0 1) ,而慢性轻型肝炎组血清TGF -α含量与正常人组比较差异不明显 (P >0 .0 5 )。相关分析发现在急、慢性肝炎组血清TGF -α含量与血清总胆红素 (BIL)和谷 -丙转氨酶 (ALT)的含量呈正相关。提示TGF -α的活性在肝脏疾病中的炎症损伤、修复、纤维化和肿瘤增殖形成的过程中起重要作用更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper is to observe the changes of serum transforming growth factor-α(TGF-α)by RIA in 212 patients with various liver diseases and 88 healthy subjects. The results showed that serum TGF-α levels of patients with acute hepatitis(AH), chronic hepatitis grave(CHG),hepatocirrhosis(HC)and hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)were higher than that of the normal controls ( P <0.001-<0.01). There was no difference in serum TGF-α levels of the normal controls and patients with chronic hepatitis light(CHL).The levels of serum TGF-α were positively correlated with TBIL and ALT in patients with AH, CHG and CHL. The results suggest that the TGF-α may play an important role in processes of inflammatory injury, repair, fibrosis and the induction of hepatic tumour proliferation in patients with hepatitis.更多还原
