【摘要】 通过对刀具需求的分析,提出了利用动态刀具需求计划模型(DTRP)生成基于成本优化的刀具补充策略。DTRP模型应同时满足服务水平线和过量贮存水平线,并提供刀具过量贮存的成本估计。在分析刀具寿命分布的函数及刀具策略优化的基础上,对模型进行了简化,得出了能满足服务水平线和库存能力约束的刀具优化补充策略,并根据库存情况产生刀具采购供应计划。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through analyzing of the tool requiring, it is brought forward that the tool complementarity strategies that are created with dynamic tool requirement planning (DTRP) model, based on cost optimized. The DTRP model can satisfy the restriction of the service horizontal line and the excessive imbursement line at the same time, and the cost estimation of tools excessive imbursement is provided. The model is predigested on the basis of analyzing the function of tool life distributing and tools optimizing strategy. It is obtained that the tools complementarity optimizing strategy can satisfy the restriction of the service horizontal line and the ability of stock.
