脊形波导大截面理论研究

【摘要】 比较了两种不同的大截面脊形波导单模条件 ,分析了由Pogossian等人给出的单模条件及其偏差的产生原因 ,对这一条件进行了修正 ,使其偏差大大减小 ,并在此基础上 ,对大截面脊形波导中的多模问题进行了研究。

【Abstract】 Based on the comparison between two different single mode conditions for rib waveguides with large cross section,the conditions given by Pogossian et al and its errors are analysed. Errors are dramatically reduced by means of revision of this condition. Multi-mode pro- perties in rib waveguides with large cross section are also studied.
