锌基合金ZA27的结晶及铈的变质作用

【摘要】 在一般冷却条件下 ,ZA2 7合金结晶后的组织中存在着三元共晶 ( β + η +ε) ;稀土铈改善ZA2 7合金塑性的主要原因是铈增加了合金的成分过冷。

【Abstract】 Ternary eutectic(β+η+ε) exists in the crystallized structure of ZA27 alloy under normal cooling condition. The main reason that rare earth cerium can improve elongation of ZA27 alloy is that cerium increases the compositional undercooling of the alloy.
