【摘要】 ①目的　对比碘仿海绵与碘仿纱条填塞颌骨囊肿摘除后骨腔对创口愈合的影响。②方法　选择诊断明确的牙源性颌骨囊肿 6 6例 ,随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,均采用口内切口 ,将囊肿全部摘除 ,冲洗骨腔 ,吸净。治疗组 37例 ,填塞碘仿海绵后缝合加压包扎 ;对照组 2 9例 ,将碘仿纱条填塞于骨腔 ,放入的碘仿纱条从拔牙窝引入口腔内者 7例 ,从手术切口引入口腔内者 2 2例。两组术后均行抗感染治疗。③结果　治疗组创口一期愈合率为 94.6 % ,对照组为 48.3% ,治疗组明显高于对照组 (χ2 =18.2 4,P <0 .0 1)。④结论　碘仿海绵有促使骨腔血块凝结机化 ,减少骨腔感染 ,提高创口一期愈合率的作用。该法操作简便 ,疗效肯定 ,值得临床推广应用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective\ To compare the effect of iodoform sponge and iodoform gauze on the wound healing after the removal of jaw cysts.\ Methods\ 66 cases of odontogenic jaw cysts were randomly divided into two groups. An intra oral incision was done. The bone cavity was irrigated after removal of the cyst. The bone cavities of 37 cases were filled with iodoform sponge, the wounds were closed with sutures, pressure dressing applied (treated group). An iodoform gauze was used in 29 cases (control group). 7 cases were drained from tooth sockets, 22 cases drained from the incisions. Anti inflammatory therapy was given post operatively. \ Results\ The first intention healing rate of treated group was 94.6% compared with 48.3% for the control group( χ 2=18.24, P <0.01).\ Conclusion\ Iodoform sponge could promote organization of clot, decrease infection of bone cavity and improve healing . This method is simple and effective.更多还原
