【摘要】 目的 :探讨结核性脑膜炎的诊断、治疗和预后的关系。方法 :对 43例结核性脑膜炎的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 :43例结核性脑膜炎经正规三联抗痨治疗 ,39例好转 ;4例恶化 ,其中 1例因感染性休克死亡。结论 :早期诊断、早期治疗 ,坚持正规用药和足够长的疗程 ,适当应用激素 ,能有效提高患者存活率 ,防止后遗症更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the relations between the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of tuberculous meningitis.Methods:The clinical data of 43 patients were analysed.Results:All were treated by regular antituberculosis.Thirty nine cases improved and 4 worsened,of which 1 died of infective shock.Conclusions:Early diagnosis,regular administration,sufficient treatment and suitable doses of dexamethasone can improve the survival rate and prevent complication.更多还原
