【摘要】 目的 :初步总结应用可控电解弹簧圈 (GDC)血管内栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤的经验。方法 :对 4例颅内动脉瘤患者经GDC血管内栓塞后作回顾性分析。选择动脉瘤的瘤 /颈比例大于 2 ,经数字减影血管造影 (DSA)确诊为颅内动脉瘤后 ,用GDC血管内栓塞动脉瘤。结果 :4例患者均获得良好栓塞 ,无 1例并发症及死亡。结论 :GDC性能良好 ,操作简便 ,栓塞治疗颅内囊状动脉瘤效果满意更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To sum up experience of treating intracranial aneurysm by intravascular embolization with Guglielmi detachable coil(GDC).Methods:Four cases of intracranial aneurysm,whose body/neck ratio of the aneurysm was larger than 2 and whose aneurysm had been confirmed by digital subtraction angiography(DSA),underwent intravascular embolization with GDC.Results:This procedure was quite successful in embolizing aneurysms,and no complication or death occurred.Conclusions:Intravascular embolization with GDC is easy,safe and effective in the reatment of intracranial saccular aneurysms.更多还原
