【摘要】 目的 :观察儿童快速性心律失常射频消融 (RFA)治疗的安全性和有效性。方法 :对 8例儿童 (<14岁 )阵发性室上性心动过速 (SVT)患者分别行射频消融术 ;其中 ,右侧旁路 (RAP) 6例 ,房室结折返性心动过速 (AVNRT) 2例。结果 :8例均获消融成功 ;术后 2个月 1例His束旁路复发 ,再次消融成功。术后随访 4～ 2 4个月 ,均无SVT再次发作。结论 :RFA治疗儿童快速性心律失常安全而有效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect and safety of radiofrequency catheter ablation(RFCA) for supraventricular tachycardia(SVT) in children.Methods:RFCA was used for 8 children(<14 years old)with SVT.Results:Eight children were predisposed to SVT,among them,right lateral accessory pathway in 6 cases,atrioventricular node reentrant tachycardia(AVNRT) in 2 cases.All patients were successfully ablated without complications and the success rate of ablation was 100%.There was 1 case of recurrence in 2 months after ablation and was undergone successful ablation again.During follow up of 4～24 months,there was no SVT recurrence in all patients.Conclusions:The results showed that RFCA for tachyarrhythmias in children is effective and safe.更多还原
