从素质教育的角度谈高校体育教学的改革

【摘要】 根据素质教育的要求 ,分析了体育教育的内涵。提出体育课程改革要从运动技术教育为主的教育转向“健康第一”的教育。

【Abstract】 According to the requirement of quality education,this paper analyses the connotation of physical quality education.We propose that the reform of physical education focusing on sports technology to the education focusing on the priority of health.
