【摘要】 阐述采用顶根距和公法线组合测量法 ,控制摆线齿轮齿形的途径 .介绍了公法线长度的计算方法 .通过工艺分析 ,指出了正确选择磨削砂轮外缘园弧半径是决定摆线齿轮齿形的关键因素 .

【Abstract】 This thesis focuses on the method of the combined measurement of distance between centers and common normal,it is a feasible method of controlling cycloidal wheel and wheel form.The measurement of the length of common normal is introduced and through technological analysis the theory is advanced that correctly selecting the outer circumradius of grinding wheel is the key factor in determining the cycloidal wheel and wheel form.
