【摘要】 本试验采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳法测定了淮南麻黄鸡三个群体 Tf多态性 ,统计各群体的基因型频率与基因频率 ,并计算各群体的纯合系数与群体间的遗传距离。结果表明 :三个群体的基因型频率与基因频率各不相同 ,皆以 B基因频率最高 , 群体中 BC型个体最多 ,C基因频率大于 A基因频率 ; 群体中 BB型个体最多 , 群体中 AB型个体最多 , 、 群体皆 A基因频率大于 C基因频率。从 Tf位点来看 ,淮南麻黄鸡各群体纯度还有待于进一步选育提高更多还原

【Abstract】 Polymorphism of serum transferrin (Tf) in three populations of Huainan spotted yellow chicken was detected by vertical plate polyacryamide gel electrophoresis.Frequencies of genes and genotypes of each population were calculated respectively.Homozygosity of per population and genetic distance among three populations were also analysed The results showed that the frequencies of genes and genotypes of each population were different and the homozygosity of every population should be increased by further selection.更多还原
