【摘要】 目的 :观察原发性高血压阴虚证的微观指标变化及探讨滋水降火饮作用机制。方法 :采用二肾一夹法复制原发性高血压阴虚证模型 ,通过分光光度计测定各组大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛 (MDA)、羟脯氨酸的含量。结果 :模型组大鼠血清MDA和羟脯氨酸含量显著增高 (P <0 .0 1) ,SOD活性降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,而滋水降火饮低剂量组大鼠血清中MDA、羟脯氨酸、SOD较模型组都有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :原发性高血压阴虚证的模型动物MDA和羟脯氨酸含量上升、SOD含量下降 ,显示有衰老加快的现象 ;滋水降火饮通过改善模型动物的阴虚状况 ,从而达到降压和延缓衰老的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the changes of microcosmic indexes of Yin deficiency type hypertension disease and probe into the therapeutic mechanism of Zishui Jianghuo drink(ZSJHD).Method:The Yin deficiency type hypertension disease model was simulated by two kidney one clip method.The serum contents of superoxide dismutase(SOD),malonyldialdehyde(MDA),hydroxyproline were assayed by spectrophotometry.Result:The serum contents of MDA,hydroxyproline in model group were markedly increased(P<0.01),while SOD activity were significantly decreased(P<0.01).The serum contents of MDA,SOD,hydroxyproline in low dose of ZSJHD treated group were significantly different compared with those of model group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The decrement of serum MDA,hydroxyproline and the increment of SOD activity show the accelerating aging.ZSJHD reduce blood pressure,delay aging through improving the state of Yin deficiency of model animals.更多还原
