【摘要】 目的 :观察银杏露对急、慢性支气管炎咳嗽喘息的作用。方法 :采用氨水引咳法、毛细管法及耐低氧实验观察银杏露止咳、祛痰及耐低氧作用。结果 :银杏露有明显的镇咳、祛痰作用 ,其适当剂量能延长小鼠低氧生存时间。结论 :银杏露是良好的止咳、祛痰中药制剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effects of Ginkgo Dew on cough,gasp caused by acute or chronic bronchitis.Method:Ammonia water induced cough model,capillary tube method,anoxia tolerance test were used to observe the cough relieving,sputum removing,anoxia tolerance effects of Ginkgo Dew.Result:The cough relieving and sputum removing effect of Ginkgo Dew was distinct,a moderate dosage Ginkgo Dew could prolong the survival time of anoxia mice.Conclusion:Ginkgo Dew is a good TCM preparation for relieving cough and removing sputa.更多还原
