【Abstract】 In recent years some achievements have been made in our agricultural scientific research,which can be seen in such many respects as scientific research project,funds and paper issue.However,some questions still exist,such as reducing scientific research staff,dislocation of research structure,a fine start and a poor finish in research process and slow spread of scientific achievements.The paper brings forward suggestions so as to solve these popular questions.更多还原
