淀粉接枝及其产业化研究
A research for starch grafting and its sizing
【摘要】 介绍了淀粉接枝机理和淀粉接枝的工艺流程以及接枝引发剂和单位的选择，采用优化方法求得单位及其配比的最优解，并用最优解制得的接枝淀粉进行浆纱，浆纱性能测试表明能基本乃至完全替代 PVA浆料用于高支高密织物经纱上浆.
【Abstract】 The mechanism and technological process of grafting upon starch along with the selection of monomer and its component proportion are introduced by using the optimum prescription of grafted starch for warp sizing.Properties of obtained sized yarn show that PVA size can basically, and even completely be replaced by grafted starch size in warp sizing for high number and high density of fabric.
