水平连铸灰铸铁型材横晶带试验分析

【摘要】 通过试验分析 ,首次在灰铸铁型材断面上观察到球状石墨的带状区 ,并对这种带状组织及成因进行了分析探讨。结果表明 ,这是一种应当预防和控制的异常组织。

【Abstract】 This paper analyses the band structure with nodular graphite that was first found on the cross section of the gray iron bar in the experiment. The results show that the fracture tendency of band structure is harmful and it is the defect that should be prevented and reduced.
