【摘要】 综述了新一代铝合金晶粒细化剂Al Ti C的理论研究情况。Al Ti C晶粒细化剂克服了Al Ti B的缺陷 ,其异质形核核心TiC比TiB2 的聚集倾向更小 ,并对Zr、Cr、V、Mn等元素“中毒”免疫。在相同添加量时 ,Al Ti C细化效果优于Al Ti B ,已成为取代Al Ti B的新一代晶粒细化剂更多还原

【Abstract】 The research about theory of a new grain refiner Al Ti C is reported.Al Ti C grain refiner has fewer disadvantages than Al Ti B grain refiner.The nucleus TiC has less tendency to agglomeration than TiB 2,and immunity poisoning by Zr、Cr、V、Mn.At the same addition rate,the refine result with Al Ti C grain refiner is better than that with Al Ti B grain refiner,and Al Ti C grain refiner would have represented Al Ti B grain refiner.更多还原
