【摘要】 探讨白内障手术与血糖关系 ,以防治术后糖尿病及其并发症。方法 :应用日立 715 0全自动生化检测仪测定 186例白内障患者手术前后空腹血糖 ,并加以比较。结果 :正常组 6 3%术后血糖升高 ,平均为 1.88mmol/ l;糖耐量异常组 5 6 %术后血糖升高 ,平均为 1.5 6 mmol/ l;糖尿病组 73%术后血糖升高 ,平均为 4.16 mmol/ l。结论 :白内障患者 6 4%术后血糖应激性升高 ,均值为 2 .2 2 mmol/ L ,糖尿病患者与正常群体对手术的应激性反应存在显著性差异 ,P<0 .0 0 1。手术的刺激及术后激素的应用可诱发无症状糖尿病转化为临床糖尿病。手术前后血糖的测定有助于预防糖尿病及其并发症更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the relationship between operations on cataract and blood glucose so as to prevent postoperative diabetes and its complications.Methods:The preoperative fasting blood glucose of 186 cases with cataract was determined and the results compared by using a Hitachi automatic clinical analyzer—7150.Results:63% of the subjects in the group with normal glucose tolerance had a rise in their postoperative blood glucose with an average of 1 88 mmol/L while 56% of those in the group with abnormal glucose tolerance postoperatively experienced blood glucose increase with an average of 1 56mmol/L.In the diabetic group,however.73% of the patients manifested a postoperative blood glucose elevation with an averageof 4 16mmol/L.Conclusions:64% of the cataract patients withessed an increase in blood glucose responsiveness after operations.with a mean value of 2 22mmol/L.A marked difference(P<0 001)in the postoperative responsiveness existed between the diabetics and the normal subjects.Surgical stimulation and postoperative use of hormones may cause asymptomatic deabetes to become clinical diabetes.Determinations before and after operations are therefore helpful in the prevention and treatment of diabetes and its complications.更多还原
