金属热处理瞬态温度场的边界元法研究
The Boundary Element Method to Study the Transient Temperature Field in the Process of Heat Treatment
【摘要】 应用边界元法分析了在考虑相变条件下的金属热处理过程的瞬态温度场问题 ,用Kirchhoff变换降低了问题的非线性 ,讨论了边界积分方程的离散化及有关数值计算方法 ,利用将单元剖分的办法处理了奇异积分
【Abstract】 The transient temperature field in the process of heat treatment of metal material when considering phase transformation is analyzed by means of boundary element method.The nonlinear is reduced by using Kirchhoff’s transformation.The scattering of the boundary integral equation and numeric al technology are described in detail.The method of dissectting one unit into other units to treat the unusual integral is presented.The result shows that the method provided in this paper is effective.
