【摘要】 目的 :探讨甲氧吡丁苯在治疗脑血管病中的作用。方法 :观察 1 52例脑血管疾病患者 ,其中甲氧吡丁苯治疗组 97例 ,对照组 55例 ,均于治疗前及治疗 2周后分别测定全血粘度、血小板聚集率等指标并观察治疗中的副反应。结果 :甲氧吡丁苯治疗组患者的全血粘度、血小板聚集率治疗后降低 ,治疗有效率高于对照组 ,差异有统计学意义且不良反应较少。结论 :甲氧吡丁苯能通过多种药理作用改善脑血液循环和保护脑细胞 ,从而较为有效地改善多种脑血管疾病的症状更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects of Buflomedil in the treatment of patients with cerebrovascular diseases.Methods:152 patients with cerebrovascular diseases were observed,including 97 patients treated with Buflomedil and 55 patients treated with cerebral cell activator.Blood viscosity and platelet aggreggate rate were measured in all patients on the first and 14th day. Respectively At the same time,the side effects in the treatment were also evaluated.Results: Significant decrease of blood viscosity and platelet aggregate rate were investigated in the patients treated sith Buflomedil(P<0.05),compared with the controls.There was little side effect during the treatment.Conclusion:Through multiple pharmacological effect of Buflomedil on inproving cerebral circulation and preventing cerebral cells from the injury,it is suggested that Buflomedil effectively ameliorate cliniclal outcome of patients with stroke.更多还原
