【摘要】 叙述了消失模铸造液流前沿扩展过程对流体充型能力的影响 ,认为扩展过程有利于液体的充型 ;对扩展过程进行了简单分析 ,认为后续金属液对液流前沿伴随着质量补充而增加热量 ,是充型能力提高的原因 ;讨论了液流前沿热量沿程损失的大小 ,从另一角度分析了扩展过程对充型能力的影响 ,认为单位长度液流前沿沿程热损失 (或扫过的体积和涂层面积 )越小 ,则继续充型的能力越强。更多还原

【Abstract】 The influnce of expanding process of liquid flow front on filling capacity of EPC process is investigated. The results show that expanding process of liquid flow front is helpful for the filling of liquid metal,the reason which improve the filling capacity is the heat supplement along with the mass supplement which come from the sequent liquid metal Finally,the heat loss of liquid flow front is studied,it is believed that the less the heat loss of liquid flow front is,the better the filling capacity is更多还原
