冷轧带钢轧机在线磨辊磨削温度的试验研究

【摘要】 对影响磨削辊面温度的因素进行了系统分析和实验研究 ,得出轧辊转速、砂轮速度、磨去量等因素对磨削辊面温度影响的一般规律 ;同时得出了轧辊表层温度的分布规律 ,利用回归分析的方法建立了辊面温度的数学模型

【Abstract】 The effect factors of gri nding on roll surface temperature a re analyzed and investigated. The l aw of effect factors such as roll rotary speed,grinding wheel spee d,rub out quantity and so on,and the distribution law of roll surface temperature are obta ined. The mathematical model of ro ll surface temperature is establ ished by using regression method.
