【摘要】 分析了鞍钢冷轧厂 4机架冷连轧机轧制力模型 ,指出了其存在的主要缺陷 ,并提出了改进方案。通过理论推导和现场实验相结合 ,建立了新的轧制力模型。由对比分析可知 ,新模型精度优于原模型。新模型在 4机架冷连轧机支撑辊辊型设计和轧制规程优化中得到了应用 ,效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 The traditional rolling force model of 4-stand tandem cold strip mill at Anshan Iron and Steel Corporation was analyzed, and some defects were found out. On the basis of theoretic analysis and experiment, the new rolling force model has been developed. Comparing results of the measured rolling force with the calculated value from the traditional model and also with the calculated value from the new model show that the calculating precision of the new model is better than that of the traditional model. The new rolling force model has been applied to optimal desigh of back up roll shape scheme and the development of new rolling scheme, and good results have been got.更多还原
