【摘要】 技术性贸易壁垒由于自身的灵活性和隐蔽性 ,成了继关税保护和配额制及许可证保护后最难对付的贸易保护主义手法 ,也成为近年来发达国家限制进口的最常用手段。发达国家设置的技术性贸易壁垒使得我国几乎所有的出口产品都受到了冲击 :在技术性贸易壁下 ,我国的出口处于“两难境地”。为消除技术性贸易壁垒影响 ,应采取加强谈判 ,早日加入WTO ;加强高检部门对出口企业的服务功能 ;推广ISO 90 0 0系列标准及鼓励企业“走出去”等对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Because of its flexibility and invisibility, technological trade barriers have become the most usual protectionism practice among developed nations. Almost all of China’s export products are affected by these barriers, and thus our export is dragged into a dilemma.In light of these problems,the author discusses possible solutions by strengthening negotiations to join the WTO earlier,reinforcing the commodity inspection departments’ service function for export enterprises,popularizing the series of standards of ISO 9000 and encouraging the enterprises to develop abroad.更多还原
