补阳还五汤及其有效部位组方对沙鼠脑缺血再灌注后海马CA1区超微结构的影响

【摘要】 目的 :比较研究补阳还五汤及其有效部位组方对脑缺血再灌注后海马CA1区超微结构的影响。方法 :采用沙鼠双侧颈总动脉夹闭脑缺血模型 ,分别腹腔注射补阳还五汤及其有效部位组方 ,于再灌注后 5天取脑以透射电镜观察。结果 :补阳还五汤及其有效部位组方均可对抗CA1区神经元变性死亡 ,对海马CA1区超微病理改变均有改善作用 ,两者均可减少缺血再灌注后发生神经元凋亡的例数 ,两者的改善程度相近。结论 :补阳还五汤及其有效部位组方均可防止脑缺血再灌注后海马CA1区神经元迟发性损伤 ,且具有抗脑缺血后神经元凋亡的作用

【Abstract】 Effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction (BYHWD) and its available composition combination on ultrastructure in hippocampal gyrus CA 1 area after cerebral ischemia reperfusion were studied. Method: Cerebral ischemia model was made by ligating bilateral common carotid artery in gerbil. BYHWD and its available composition combination were administered intraperitoneally. Cerebral tissue were observed by transmission electron microscope for 5 days following ischemia reperfusion. Results: BYHWD and its available composition combination could inhibit degeneration and death of neuron in hippocampal gyrus CA 1 area, improve ultrastructure pathologic change in hippocampal gyrus CA 1 area. BYHWD and its available composition combination could decrease neuronal apoptosis numbers after cerebral ischemia reperfusion, the effect of BYHWD was similar to its available composition combination. Conclusion: BYHWD and its available composition combination could inhibit delayed injury and apoptosis of neuron in hippocampal gyrus CA 1 area after cerebral ischemia reperfusion.
